Bug 1830801: Allow nav menu to stay visibile when right clicking

So that we can still see what link we are wanting to open in a new
window

Bug description:
  When tying to open a navigation link in a new tab by right clicking
  the link the navigation closes.

  It would be nicer if the navigation stayed open on right click
