1) Users have File quota set to 25 Mb 

TEST STEPS: 
------------------------ 
1) Log in as Mahara user 
2) Browse to files page select a bunch of small size files and some really big files that will put you over you file limit
3) Verify that the smaller files are uploaded and a green success message is displayed  ✔
4) Verify that the larger files that could not be uploaded have a red coloured error message  ✔
5) Verify that the green coloured success messages disappear after a few seconds. ✔

  Uploading files success messages should fade away after a few seconds

  As an extension to
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/mahara/+bug/1833034

  We should fade out success messages so that any error messages will be
  left.

  This can be useful if uploading a bunch of files at once as the error
  one may be lost in a see of green 'success' messages
