Hi Andy,

Your error message mentions /auth/radius in the line with WAR 99. Radius
is not a core Mahara authentication method. We are not aware of it being
an auth method for Mahara at all and thus don't know what might be wrong
in there. Can you remove it and check if your site works without it and
then troubleshoot further?

Title:
  Rev 19.04 Login issue

Status in Mahara:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  We have major problem to login, the system grant access only we try it
  10-20 times. PHP 7.1.x and 7.3.x and we did not modify any file and
  have no 3rd party plugins. The error log as attachement. We make a
  upgrade from 18.10.
