Bug 1836675: Alignment of pageheader to page

Fixes left alignment of pageheader to the rest of the page as it
got pushed out on the left side of the page when padded was added
to the right for the floating menu.

Bug description:
  The heading text of a page does not align with the content.

  To replicate:
  1. Create a page and give it a name
  2. View the page

  Expected: heading text aligns with content
  Actual: Heading text does not align
