Title:
Plans run into each other when more than one plan in a block

Status in Mahara:
  In Progress

Bug description:
When more than 2 plans are shown in a block, they run into each other.

Inside a plan block when there are more than two plans, the second
plan's heading overlaps the first plan. Fix puts in a clear both in
  the div.
