To test: change a string in pieforms/pieform/elements/calendar.php file
with the patch code and then view the results in a calendar modal on a
page, e.g. groups settings page had a calendar modal with time -> the
date with time then displayed am/pm

  Allow date language strings to have am/pm suffix options

Status in Mahara:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  This will only impact the site if the code base has been set by the
  dev/admin to display time in am/pm. setting the time to display a
  certain way is working as expected (am/pm) currently the site default
  is 24 hr.
