[Bug 1845169] Re: Mobile break point issue when viewing journal entry

This happens on mobile (smartphone size) in portrait mode and is only an
issue in 19.04 but not master once we merge Lisa's new modal comments
functionality as we are removing this second page.

To replicate in 19.04:

1. Create a journal entry with a bit of text. It doesn't have to be much.
2. Create a page and add the journal block to the page.
3. Select the journal that contains the journal entry.
4. Go into display mode.
5. Click the journal entry title to be taken to the details page for the journal entry.
6. Enter mobile browsing mode. You can do that in the dev tools on a desktop, and decrease the size to mobile portrait width.

Expected result: The text is still displayed normally just not as wide.
Actual result: Once you get to the mobile portrait breakpoint, every letter of the post, including the metadata is on a single line (see attachment).
