Preconditions:

1. Institution administrator person (PersonA) has access to two image files:
1a) logo (max size 1170 x 1170 pixels) used file named waves-boat-110by600.png
1b) mobile logo (size restriction as above but MUST be square) used file named familyframes_1170by1170.png

Test steps - for each browser:

1. PersonA logged in to Mahara and selects the Institution settings page.
2. Scroll down and select to upload a 'Logo' file - used file named in 1a) above.
3. Select to upload a 'Mobile logo' file - used file named in 1b) above.
4. Select to 'Submit' the changes then check the updated Institution settings page. 
5. In both cases each image file is displayed in it's reduced size on the Institution settings page. ✔ (see screenshot1)
6. Ensure that the windows are full sized and check that the new logo is displayed correctly (near the top left of the page). ✔ (see screenshot2)
7. Resize the window viewports to less than 480px - the logo image displayed will change to the mobile logo image. ✔ (see screenshot3)

Title:
  Restrict the size of the logo displays on institution settings page

Status in Mahara:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  When you upload a logo for an institution, it is displayed in its
  original size rather than the size that it will be displayed in on the
  page. This is problematic, esp. when very large images are uploaded
  because they break the page.

  We'll display a logo to the maximum dimensions of the logo on the
  site.

  This will go for both logo and mobile logo.

  To replicate:

  1. On the institution settings page, upload a large image as logo.
  Expected result: Logo is displayed in the same size as it will be used in the page header.
  Actual result: Logo is displayed in its original size.

  2. On the institution settings page, upload a large square logo as mobile logo.
  Expected result: Logo is displayed in the same size as it will be used in the page header.
  Actual result: Logo is displayed in its original size.
