Removed some styles that were redundant and causing issues with
content. Added some styles to make page layout a little clearer.

Title:
  Clean up styles in timeline

Status in Mahara:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
The timeline uses styles from JTLine also in the content area where
normal Mahara styles should be used.

Evonne is going to clean that up for consistency.

For example, when you have a journal block that contains and H2
heading, that heading is displayed in the font "Playfair Display"
rather than the normal theme font on the timeline. Similarly, anywhere
else you can add an H2 to content, it's going to be displayed in the
  wrong font.

<em> is also a problem, e.g. "The attached file(s) have been added to
your commentfiles folder", when you attach a file onto a comment and
display the comments as block on the page.
