I am getting an error on current master when adding a new block:

1. Create a new page
2. Add a new block, i.e "Image Block"
3. Display the page
Expected Results: 
The page displays with no warnings
Actual Results:
The page displays with warnings about an undefined variable "mysqlid" in /lib/dml.php file. (see attached screenshot)

Version: Mahara 19.10.dev
database: postgres
Brower: FireFox 69.0.2.& Chrome 76.0.3809
