  Overdue tasks on top and clicking to complete tasks in edit mode went
  missing

Bug description:
  19.10RC2:

  1. When you put a plan into a page, you should be able to complete the
  tasks in both edit and display mode. It is still possible in display
  mode, but not in edit mode.

  2. Overdue tasks are not displayed at the top of the plan tasks
  anymore though they should.
