Bug 1850218: remove references to emoticons/img folder

tinymce emoticons plugin is not using images anymore,
they use unicode emojis
the folder js/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img
was removed in the latest tinymce upgrade

  Can't export portfolio in HTML

Status in Mahara:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  On master/ 19.10RC2

  The export is not completed anymore and hangs about 75% through saying
  "Copying extra files". There was no error message when navigating away
  from the page.

  The last time we touched the export was for bug 739528, which works on
  that commit, but doesn't seem to work anymore with Gridstack.
