Title:
  Leap2a export results in error message display

Status in Mahara:
  New

Bug description:
  - Code/Gerrit: latest 19.10 master ***this bug also present in 19.04_STABLE
  - Browsers tested: Firefox & Chrome
  - Theme: Firefox=Modern & Chrome=Primary School

  Preconditions:

  1. Site is not running in production mode ( config.php file has the following line $cfg->productionmode = false; ).
  2. PersonA has at least one page that has all/most blocks present at least once (some blocks should have multiple comments by a number of other persons and the page should include a block that is created from tagged journal entries).
  3. Another PersonB is available.

  Test steps:

  1. PersonA is logged in and selects to Manage|Export-->Leap2a format and All (or just select the target page).
  2. See attached screen shot prefixed SS1 - error messages are displayed.  ✘
  3. The file is still generated in the Downloads folder (see attached zip file).
  4. Log in as PersonB and select Manage|Import--> the step 3 leap2a file.
  5. Display the target page ✘  (see attached screen shot prefoxed SS2) an error message is displayed in the Tagged journal entry block.
