[Bug 1850878] [NEW] can't add an annotation on a DB with table prefix

 

Public bug reported:

if the table prefix is defined in the config.php file ($cfg->dbprefix)
and we are using smart evidence.
When we are on the first page of a SmartEvidence collection and we click on any of the dots of the matrix, a modal windows is supposed to open to allow us to write an annotation but the modal is not displaying
