  Page content cut off under certain skin settings

Bug description:

  - Browser tested: Firefox
  - Theme: Raw

  Preconditions:

  1. Unzip the attached zip file (4 files: 2 bug screenshots, 1 leap2a
  zip file & 1 skin to upload).

  Test steps:

  1. Log in as PersonA and import the leap2a file and upload the skin
  2. Apply the skin to the imported page
  3. View the imported page

  Actual result: (see 2 unzipped screenshots) the page with the skin
  does not display the block contents correctly.
