  Behat test coverage for details mode and changes to skins

Status in Mahara:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  The 19.10 Release introduced new features and extended current
  features that should receive Behat test coverage.

  Some of the new/ expanded features include:

  - The comments and details modal
  - Changes to skins

  It would be good to have some tests to cover these new things.
