[Bug 1855331] [NEW] Allow one to toggle language setting easier
Public bug reported:
Currently if a user wants to view a particular page in a particular language they need to:
- Leave the page
- Go to their settings and select a new language to view the site in
- Go back to the page and view it
and if they want to go back to the original language
- Go to their settings again and select the old language to view the site in
This is time consuming and it would be better to have a language toggle
in the header bar of the site allowing one to quickly choose what
language they want to view their current page in
This would just be a faster way to set/reset the language the user wants
to view the site in
