Title:
Adjust color of "No tasks yet" in "Plans"

Status in Mahara:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
When you set up a plan on the personal or group level and do not yet
have any tasks, the "No tasks yet" text has a different color from the
rest of the text. I only saw this in a custom theme more clearly, but
it happens in raw, too (see attachment).

  To replicate:

  1. Set up a personal plan.
  2. Go to the plan's overview page so you see the text "Add tasks below or use the "New task" button to begin building your plan.".
Expected result: The text "No tasks yet" has the same color as the above text and the "Add one" is a link with the normal theme link color.
Actual result: The text "No tasks yet" has a different color. The "Add one" link is correct.
