Initially it was thought that this test was incomplete, however, as the
Behat tests are not expected to be exhaustive, it is not necessary to
test that pages other than the group discussion forum page (e.g. group,
institution or site pages) can also be successfully designated as the
customised landing page.

Thus this bug is to rename the feature file so it better reflects what
is being covered and also to refocus the test description comments.
