Bug 1857381: Cover letter styles targeted independently

In the one resume field blocktype, with a cover letter selected
we need a <div class="card-body flush"> after the <div class="block"...>

The same is needed for the Interest resume field

  Cover letter styles can't be targetted independently for full resume
  and individual item

Bug description:
  The cover letter cannot be targeted separately in the "One resume
  field" block. The styles are tied to the "Full resume" block.

  If I remember Evonne correctly, this impacted in particular the space
  to the block heading in the "One resume field" block. Please correct
  me if I'm wrong and forgot something else or recollected the wrong
  thing.
