Public bug reported:

Currently, when people want to reflect on a YouTube video or an image
they upload to Mahara, they will need a second block to write their
reflection and then align the two blocks so they go together.

It would be more convenient if such blocks can have an optional free-
text field to add a reflection or a longer description directly below
the evidence so that it can be seen as a unit.

When the block is copied, e.g. via the "Create via tags" functionality,
the content of that field would be copied. However, a portfolio author
can change it on the new page without impacting the reflection on the
original page as the purpose of the copied page may be a different one
where they want to highlight something different in their reflection.

Trying to do that with aligning of text blocks is not a sustainable idea
because the text can move away, especially when on a differently sized
device.

Blocks that I can think of where this functionality would be useful:

- Image: the description is not the best place for a reflection as it should be short and is currently used as the ALT text and that should stay that way and might actually need to be expanded a bit more for accessibility purposes.
- Files to download
- Folder
- Image gallery
- PDF
- Embedded media
- External media
