  Can't edit, add content or view Portfolio pages IE11 and Mahara 19.10

Status in Mahara:

Bug description:
  When viewing pages, collections or the dashboard in Mahara you cannot
  see existing content or edit/add it.

  I have attached a gif showing comparisons of the same site in IE11 and
  Chrome.
