Bug 1861046: Increase colour contrast for midtone variable

The variable "theme-text-midtone-color" needed to get more contrast
in the themes "Modern", "Ocean", and "Primar school" because it didn't
pass colour contrast.

  Increase contrast of the class "text-midtone" to be accessible in all
  themes

Bug description:
  The "Raw" theme was fine for contrast of the class "text-midtone",
  which is used for the small descriptions, for example. When we have a
  hover, the contrast is not enough in the themes:

  - Modern
  - Ocean
  - Primary
