When you add a task or portfolio page for assessment to a plan, click
the preview icon and then navigate away from the page, come back and
preview the pages again, the content of the page is displayed twice.

To replicate:

1. Create 2 pages in your personal account. They should contain at least 1 block each, e.g. a text block.
2. Create a plan in your personal account and set it to be an assignment plan. Also set it to be a template so you can easily copy it into a group for additional testing.
3. Create a plan task and select one of the pages as task page and the other as assignment portfolio and save the form.
4. Click the task page icon and the portfolio icon to preview each page.
Expected and actual results: The modal opens and the content on the page is displayed correctly.

5. Go to 'Main menu' -> 'Create' -> 'Plans' -> Click the 'Manage' icon next to your plan.
6. Click the task page icon and the portfolio icon to preview each page.
Expected result: The modal opens and the content on the page is displayed correctly once.
Actual result: The modal opens and the content on the page is displayed twice.

When verifying the fix for this issue, also copy the plan into a group
and verify that the content is shown only once by following the previous
steps 4-6 for the plan task in the group plan.
