Behat Bug:1829080 SmartEvidence framework matrix editor functionality

This patch can
- check and update a text field
- check and update a textarea field
- check and update a select field
- check that if the field is a standard or standardelement
that it is also the active one

  SUMMARY: Behat test for editing / copying a SmartEvidence framework

  REQUIREMENTS:

  1) User edits a non active framework that has not been used by deleting a standard and addding a new standard element
  2) User copys an active framework and changes the name, creates a new standard and deletes a standard element
