In current master, producing a unified export of a page with pdf blocks
produces an pdf file of the original page with blocks that display like
the following:

PDF
This block can not be rendered normally in the PDF export.
The file has been added to: test_pdf.pdf

The text test_pdf.pdf is a link but pointing to the wrong url (not where the pdf file can be found in the export)
clicking this link produces an error on my system- see attachment "permissiondenied.png".

It's a similar thing for folder blocks (see folderblockpdf.png)

  Path to file listed in pdf export is not correct

Bug description:
  With the new export to PDF option some blocks will render the path to
  the related artefact file rather than trying to display the file
  itself, for example the pdf bock.

  Or they will show the name and path to the file rather than a link to
  the file, eg folder block
