Title:
  Change the menu item and page 'Group settings' to 'Group default
  settings'

  In Progress

Bug description:
  The menu item 'Group settings' in the site administration should be
  'Group default settings' as the page as well as it's the default
  settings we are administering. Also change the icon to 'users-cog'.
