  Be able to delete groups in bulk

  Potential tricky points, although they are the same with a site admin deleting groups manually:
  1. Who decides when a group can be deleted? Why should the admin have ultimate control?
  2. Currently, groups cannot be archived / backed up. Thus, once a group is deleted, it is gone forever, and its content cannot be retrieved.
