  Button obscuring text on Install Fonts page

Bug description:
  The browse/ choose file button for selecting a "License" file on Admin
  Menu -> Configure Site -> Font -> Install font is obscuring the
  background description text.

  Please see the attached screen shot.

  This was tested in Raw, Ocean themes on current master.
