To test:

1) Add a signoff block to a few pages
2) See the bar graph on Admin -> Reports overview page
- it should list the 'signoff' as one of the bars (if it is in top 10)
3) go to Admin -> Extensions and hide the signoff block
4) See the bar graph on Admin -> Reports overview page
- it should now not be in the bar graph
