Bug 1890371: Upgrade: JSColor 2.0.5 to 2.3.3

- replaced exsiting jscolor.js with jscolor.js file from here:
https://jscolor.com/release/2.3/jscolor-2.3.3/jscolor.js
- small code tweaks in color.php to target element
