  Language string review for Mahara 20.10

Status in Mahara:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  Review of newly added language strings or strings that changed between
  Mahara 20.04 and 20.10. Some additional updates were made when issues
  were found.

  - 'blacklist' changed to 'deny list'
  - Reference to 'secure.gravatar.com' removed as the normal Gravatar URL is now secure

  Most changes were only of textual nature in English and do not require
  translators to make changes. For these, no new strings were created.
