With all the changes for bug #1845053 we still need to make one more:

Add screen reader only text after a page title saying that the page is
part of a collection as we are removing the heading from the collection
title (in https://reviews.mahara.org/#/c/11288).

So when the screen reader reads out the title of a page, it should also
read "This page is part of collection 'Title of the collection'.

This is a screen reader only change.
