Turns out I didn't correctly set up how the page does it. It can be a
setting on the field's element.

So have updated the code for that too.

Title:
  Allow block title to be autoselected for quicker editing

Status in Mahara:

Bug description:
  Similar to how the 'add page' page title is auto selected to make it
  easier to update from 'untitled'

  It would be good to have the title field of block config to be
  autoselected too - so it is easier to update 'Placeholder' to another
  title when we add the block or select a new block type.
