Title:
  Allow docker-compose to run multpile instances on one host

Bug description:
  These changes build on the mailhog addition:

  It adds a new compose file for shared containers:
  * A new container, Nginx provides routing between the web containers.
  * Mailhog is shared between all containers.

  In future the PostgreSQL container could be shared but is not
  currently done for the sake of simplicity.
