Bug description:
  There are hardcoded strings in
   htdocs/theme/raw/templates/account/activity/accessemail.tpl
   htdocs/theme/raw/templates/account/activity/accessinternal.tpl

  They need to be language strings
  See patch https://reviews.mahara.org/#/c/11160/ for when they were added
