Bug description:
  To test:

  1) go to you site's directory in terminal and run: make ssphp

  2) log into your site as admin and go to the page
  admin/extensions/pluginconfig.php?plugintype=auth&pluginname=saml

  3) Follow the "View metadata" link

  Expected result: see the metadata
  Actual result: white page

  And on back arrow in browser see the error:

   Class 'SAML2_Const' not found
