Title:
  smartevidence editor does not work

Status in Mahara:

Bug description:
  The smartevidence editor does not work anymore. When I go (as an admin) on the admin page for smartevidences, I can choose a referential in the dropdown list, but nothing appends. I can see on the console tab (developper panel in the browser) the followings errors:
  - Uncaught SyntaxError : Unexcepted identifier (frameworks.php:57)
  - Uncaught ReferenceError : inst_names is not defined (jquery.js?v=1363:2)
  - Uncaught TypeError : Cannot read property 'destroy' of undefined (editor.js?v=1363:96)

  I use Mahara version 20.10.0. This page worked on Mahara 19.10, but since the upgrade it does not.
  My database is MySql on a Ubuntu server.
  I tried on Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome (same errors).

  I put a screen capture of the page (in french language) and the
  console log.
