Bug description:
  In the English version of the Mahara 21.04 manual a word is missing
  between "An" and "appears" in the following string:

  :index:`An appears at the top of the page <single: Alert when editing
  a note that is used multiple times>` if you opened a note that is
  contained in more than one page. If you edit this note, it will be
  changed in all locations where this note appears.

  that should probably read:

  :index:`An alert appears at the top of the page <single: Alert when
  editing a note that is used multiple times>` if you opened a note that
  is contained in more than one page. If you edit this note, it will be
  changed in all locations where this note appears.
