Bug 1939249 CSS errors

Fixed some of the errors found in the console in Firefox, left the
ones that are from third party.

Bug description:
  When I look at the console in Firefox just for CSS errors, I get a
  whole lot (see attached file). These might be Bootstrap ones or may
  not be and need further investigation.
