When the showcomment paramater is set in the url e.g.
http://mahara/view/view.php?id=10&showcomment=57 (usually from a link
comment) we want to help the person viewing know which comment among the
many comments they may have,  identify the one to focus on.

One way to check this is by making comment on someone else's page. The
owner of that page shall receive a notification of your comment with a
link to view the new comment.
