  ADODB v5.21.2

Bug description:
  A minor update to ADODB fixes the following critical bug introduced in
  v5.21.1:

  https://github.com/ADOdb/ADOdb/issues/752

  The other patches in v5.21.2 are code clean up patches.  This one is
  critical though and should be added asap.
