  Steps to reproduce:
  1. As regular user, upload a few files into the Cover Images folder
  2. Create a page with a 'files to download' block
  3. Add the files from your cover images folder to this block
  4. Export your portfolio with Menu>Manage>Export
  5. Unzip the file contents
  6. As admin, create a new account, using the extracted leap2a.xml file
  7. View the page
  
  Expected result:
  Page appears identically to the page that was exported
  
  Actual result:
  Block headings appear, but files are not visible/available to download. They are in a folder called "Import folder (date)".
