Bug 1947057 can't read drop-down menu of card-footer when focused

Removed overriding styles so it inherits drop-down menu styles from
bootstrap variables, which is same colour as primary button colours.

  Button text turns white on pressing the options in the drop-down menu
  of portfolios on the 'Pages and Collections' page

Status in Mahara:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  On pressing the options in the drop-down menus of portfolios on the
  'Pages and Collections' page, the text is not visible.

  To replicate:
  1. go to 'Pages' and 'Collections'
  2. open up one of the drop-downs of a portfolio e.g. the 'Manage access', 'More options' drop-downs.
  3. press down on any of the options

  Expected: the background colour turns into the theme colour.
  Actual: the text turns white and we can't read it
