[Bug 1950109] [NEW] Create profile field for pronouns

Public bug reported:

To support our efforts for an inclusive software, being able to display
pronouns would be good. Technically, this can already be done through
the display name if that is allowed in an instance, but that can make
searching for a name more difficult.

I also discussed this briefly with a couple of people after one of the
'New features of Mahara 21.10' sessions at the beginning of November
2021. Here's the conversation starter. Add a new field 'Pronouns' to the
'Profile' /artefact/internal/index.php This would be an optional field.
If it were filled in:

- When you create a portfolio page, add it as a new option in the 'Name display format' and make it the default option in the 'Advanced' settings for a page. Keep the current options so that learners can decide whether to display their pronouns on their portfolio pages.
- Add it to the name displayed on the profile page.

This would be a free-text field as there is no convention for displaying
pronouns. I've seen (for one pronoun):

- she/her
- she / her
- she/her/hers

If added behind a name, use: Name (what is displayed in the pronoun
field)

I'm a bit undecided yet about adding it fully to the display name
function as the displayed names for admin and staff can get very long,
e.g. if you have a display name set, they also see your real name and
always see the username. with pronouns it would be even longer, e.g.

My fabulous display name (Paula Paulsen - paula@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx - she /
her / hers)

-

In line with this change, but a change that should be done separately s
the removal of the 'Gender' field in the resume. See bug #1950110.
