[Bug 1950162] Re: Text in draft mode not obvious enough

Hi Kristina,

I think it would be best to have the 'Draft' information displayed in
both the 'Edit' and the 'Display' mode.

Makes sense, re: block title might not be the best place for the 'Draft'
message. Perhaps between the title and the text could work (I think
closer to the top is best so that users don't miss the message if the
text box contains a lot of content that runs down below the browser
window).

Title:
Text in draft mode not obvious enough

Status in Mahara:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  This is a wishlist item

At my institution, we've had a number of students who have
accidentally enabled the draft option for a text box on their
portfolio page and then submitted the page/collection for grading to
instructors. Both the instructor and student then are confused
because the instructor cannot see the text and the student has no idea
  why.

I think the subtle yellow colouring of the text box is not enough of a
"red flag" to students that their text is not visible to others.

I think this feature would be improved by having the word "Draft"
following the title or alternatively, directly below the title. The
"Draft" message would appear on both the editing page and the display
page for the owner of the portfolio (see attached image).

Also, if possible, having a little extra information icon beside the
"Draft" label would be great. The message accompanying this icon could
say something like, "This text box is in draft mode. Only you can see
this block, if others view your portfolio, this block will be
  invisible"

  Thanks!
