  LTI Advantage deep link stopped working in Brightspace

Bug description:
  Brightspace made a code change around 11-12 November 2021, which broke
  the deep link for the Mahara portfolio submission into a Brightspace
  assignment.

  Mahara needs to stop sending the following custom parameter:

          "LtiLinkId": "",
