Title:
  Increase contrast of dotted lines that indicate block placement

Status in Mahara:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  When someone is dragging and dropping a block onto a page, the dotted
  lines that indicate where the block is going to be placed are very
  faint. It's difficult to understand where the block will be put and
  what size it will be.

  Can we increase the contrast of these dotted lines so that people can
  arrange their pages more easily?
