Delete them from the dataroot folder in your dev setup. Please refer to
the Docker information on deleting volumes or if you are using your
local setup to the dev environment information

Title:
  Image thumbnail icons not matching listed file

Status in Mahara:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Browser: Google Chrome

  Steps to reproduce:
  - Create Image Gallery block
  - Add images, some from existing uploads and some that you upload within the edit window
  - Check the image thumbnails on the left of the list of files

  Expected:
   - Image thumbnails should correspond to the listed file

  Actual:
   - In some cases, this does not correspond to the actual image
