Idea from Guido and Patrick from OpenEdu, discussed in a meeting late
November 2021

It would be good to have some pre-made skins available that students can
then just select. This could be achieved by having site skins set up
either by site admins or directly already shipped with Mahara.

Following on from that, it would be even more flexible if these skins
could then be adjusted minimally yet keeping the general idea of the
skin the same, e.g. just change fonts but leave pictures the same. That
would require to make a copy of a skin.
